Well, I've only just discovered Breton folk music, so really the only two recs I can give you are Alan Stivell and a group called Tri Yann. There are many videos of them on youtube, quite a few featuring bizarre celtic-themed sets and crazy nationalist comment threads.
Now if you're after Cape Breton music, I can be a lot more helpful.
Also, I've now found the album on iTunes. Which is slowly sucking up all my moneeeeey... and I want the book of folk music they took the tunes from too. Must go check abebooks...
