a return to convolutedness
Date: 2006-08-12 01:51 pm (UTC)Sadly, I must admit that I hadn't thought about "appreciating" David Tennant in that way. However, now that you mention it, I can't deny that I've always thought him to be the more attractive of the Drs (Rose hasn't ever really done much for me, though, although despite her mouth, she is rather attractive).
HoweverAlthoughBut, as my name is also David, there is that natural aversion to being in a same-name couple/fantasy. That kinda thing rarely works in real life, but works when they are clones/alternate-reality versions of the same character, like in music videos... there is one that I've seen that works rather well, I think, but I've only seen a userpic for it, so I don't know what it is... :(And I'm sure that Timelords must clean themselves somehow, and that there would most likely be a relevant facility within the Tardis for such a purpose. The only problem is that it may not be a bath, nor a shower. It could be more akin to a high-tech sonic decontamination chamber, allowing for fully-clothedness and therefore no steamy-sans-suit scenes.

and that, of course, is the only option that I can see available to me. good thing his name is The Doctor... so many ways to use and abuse a name like that ;)

Date: 2006-08-12 02:57 pm (UTC)hey, I didn't say there were no baths or showers. and who ever excluded the baths and showers of the locals? they have to clean themselves too, you know. and locals like nothing more than sharing a shower, or buddying up for a bath, to save water.
