That I do not understand steak. Chicken? Chicken I am good with. I can do MANY THINGS with chicken. Steak bemuses me. And all my recipe books demand ingredients WHICH WE SOMEHOW DO NOT HAVE in order to make delicious steak stir-fry.

This is unfair.
