It leads inevitably to Bottle Confusion.

For those of you who've been around long enough to remember the time I applied nail polish remover to my face, I can now confirm that attempting to remove nail polish using facial toner is a completely fruitless endeavour. And I went through two cotton balls of the stuff before I realised my mistake.

Yeaaaah, that sounds ... pretty fruitless. You know that nail polish remover also dissolves timber varnish as well, right? (Personal experience, you already know, blahblahblah.) Strong stuff.

That is indeed special! Both times, actually. Uh, I hope you didn't actually need the outermost layer of skin on your face?

Although, uh. I cannot judge? I doubt Eleanor will ever forget the time I came rushing down the stairs making noises of extreme distress, having just inadvertently brushed my teeth with her facial cleanser.

(...It was DARK, I'd been back in Australia for all of three weeks, and the cleanser came in the same shaped tube as Japanese toothpaste! I CANNOT BE BLAMED!)
