Snigger. I want to be able to say I've been to church at St. Andrew-by-the-Wardrobe.

Brilliant! Might have to add that to the list of things-to-see for our holiday in September :D

*giggle* Almost as good as St. Looney-up-the-Cream-Bun-and-Jam, if you're familiar with that Monty Python skit.

Speaking of frivolous names for religious institutions, did that friend of yours come up with anything new for her order since last we spoke?

The English seem to have a great talent for coming up with interesting church names. I actually prefer St. Andrew Undershaft, which conjures up the idea of a church inside the Tube. But my all time favorite is in Rome--St. Paul's Without the Walls, which always suggested to me a church with no walls.

Oh, and not to forget (even if it's no church) the Glastonbury street name I saw flash by me as the tour bus drove towards the Abbey.
Leg o' Lamb Lane.

I defy any country in the word except Britain to have a street with that name.
