nope, it's just that i was taking a long exposure without a tripod, so my hands shake a little bit. thus why i shall steal dad's tripod when i go home, and bring it back with me.
Nice pic, will be great if you can get hold of the tripod! Try a bunch of different exposures - if you over-expose it slightly, the windows will look fabulous - kind of like a space craft has just landed inside the building :D (I took a photo of my favourite house this way, it's one of my fave photos ever).
oh, the things i could do with an SLR... i'm working with a pretty good digital, but it's still a matter of picking a setting and then playing with it in photoshop or similar, and the overexpose filter on ArcSoft ruins the quality of the pic... unless i played with layers so as just to overexpose the windows...
