Is here. The Venerable Philologist informed me today, with a smirk, that he had found a procrastinator as skilled as I, in the form of his son, who keeps a welsh-language anime blog. Since I read neither Welsh nor Anime, I pass responsibility for evaluating this extraordinary effort onto you, o denizens of the interwubs.
