is this is a sentence? is it preferable to the version without il y aille? is il y aille even an expression?

L’australien, il ne croit pas que il y aille quel qu’un qui soit moins cultivé qu lui.

oh, the word aille. it IS a word, it's subjunctive avoir. that particular use of it i wasn't sure about, though. kate reckons it's a bad idea in spoken, so we reworded stuff. *loves kate lots*
