highlyeccentricSa, Josh, most useful of people... i made a bunch of notes a while back on the proper use of 'c'est' and 'c'était'... anyway, i have down this sentence:
'c'est mardi que je l'ai vu'. Have I copied it down absentmindedly, and the first clause ought to be in imparfait? Or is it correct to use the present tense there, and is there a reason for that?
