don't wanna do work!

need to, though. have two english assessments next week...

got so bored this evening that i did the girliest piece of decorating i've done for quite some time- random draping/pinning of bits of cloth. Took forever and required the assistance of Kate, to much amusement. Whenever either of us decides to do work lately, the other one seems to come up with some Great Distraction Method.
Me: Kate... wierd question 101, but can i borrow your hands breifly?
Kate: AMY! i hateyouihateyouihateyou i was just about to do work! of course i'll come!

also followed Kate's lead in photocopying the Toast ads from the back of the Jasper Fforde books, and sticking them up. EAT MORE TOAST, IT'S HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS!
*giggles* and poor dad, he went to a dietician, who says he's eating too much toast. apparently he resisted the urge to say 'but its Healthy and Nutritious' or 'failure to meet mandatory toast-eating requirements is an offence'.

and... four days left until Brunch! woot! and eleven days until the brunch after that. and i won't be home for the one after THAT.
