yes, yes it does.
and my situation is beyond help :P inability to conjugate verbs, any verbs, in the present tense, puts a damper on the ability to do anything in any other tense.

not in the ed building. Bastard of a monotone-modern building. gimme Woolley anyday... found graffiti on desk dated '66 today :D
further stupidities of the Ed building: the toilet doors open backwards. ie, in wards with the hinges on the right when facing.
