ah. that's inferior. I know a belgian who has recently *become* a delinquent. Amusingly, the man is going to be my lecturer :p arrested within a week of arrival in france, for drunk 'n' disorderly... and thought to ring up one of his students to tell her so, and she proceeds to tell the rest of us...
