Recipe: Peach and Basil Salad

This recipe is: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free
This recipe does NOT require: cooking, at all
This recipe does require: chopping. I suppose you could try it with tinned peaches and dried basil, but I suspect the results would be sub-optimal
2-3 peaches (preferably in the firm stage), sliced
1.5 tsp lemon juice
1.5 tsp lime juice (or 3 of just one citrus)
A handful of shredded fresh basil leaves
2/3 tsp dried ground cumin
1/3 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Place peaches and basil in a bowl. Mix juice and spices together then toss through the peaches. Nom.
Serves: 3-4 snack portions
