Because everyone needs a good bannana cake recipe

ingredients:
125g butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 bannanas- the older the better
1 1/2 cup SR flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp bi carb soda

best cooked in two bar tins, but i've done it in normal 20cm pans before.

1. cream butter and sugar
2. beat in eggs; add sliced bannanas, vanilla, and milk with the bi carb dissolved in it.
3. fold in flour; add more milk if needed.
4. Bake in moderate oven for ~40min.
