highlyeccentricJohn's trying to matchmake for me now... *rolls eyes*
it seems Emma's given up on the Andrew idea, Lauren's too tickled pink about the idea of Lukas to try setting me up with anyone new, so now it's John's turn...
all in fun, which i don't mind... but even so, this obsession with matchmaking is kinda weird... We'll all end up with the idea that singleness is some kind of unnatural state! i'd been living under the delusion that religious leaders were supposed to encourage you to take dating seriously, not to worry about your singularity, God will bring someone into your life at the right time, ect. or to tell you not to date at all.
But then, why would i expect this lot to act like normal religious leaders? really?
At least they're not trying to marry me off! That's the plan for Jo at the moment, so as to keep her in the country. Four guys are apparently going to duel for her hand... one's gay and i think one's taken, but that's of no consequence...
