Here is a tram from, I think, the 50s-80s:

I think it is this motorcar with an orange paint on, but I am not certain. I did not ride on it.
I did ride on this tram:

I believe it was in use from 1902 until the early 1970s.
Here is another tram on which I did not ride:

It does not pull a carriage, although i suspect it COULD but the museum doesn't have the right kind of carriage. It was in use from the 50s to the 90s, and is a 'normalised' type also found in Bern and Lausanne.
This man takes tram-driving very seriously (he features in several souvenir postcards):

I had great trouble convincing this man to let me OFF the damn tram:

This man is very much enjoying his heritage uniform and position of authority (they are all volunteers):

That last is my favourite. I am much more interested in public transport *culture* than engines per se.
