We need a plan!

I vote we meet and eat early dinner - say, 4.30? in Newtown, and then catch a bus to the city, and walk up to roughly Oxford Square and hope for a decent position. The parade doesn't start till 7.45, but last year decent vantage points were gone by 6 or 6.30. ALSO I MISS YOU ALL, we might as well stand around and catch up.

I approve all of the above - Taylor Square is also worth considering, but again, does tend to fill up early.

Hopefully I can catch up with you guys on Oxford street around 6ish! :D I decided not to march in the end due to a particularly dramalicious kerfluffle between myself and someone else in the same group, blah.

Oxford Square worked well for me last year. But basically we can walk up from Liverpool and get the first good spot we find.

Both are good - mostly thought of Taylor Square because it used to be pretty much next door when Dad lived in Darlinghurst and we went there for Mardi Gras when I was little. No issues with Oxford Square though, can always decide once we're there...
