In regards to the hats: I actually didn't know what those were for until after I looked at them for about 30 seconds. I thought the headline was referring to ... gosh, I don't even know. Bad behavior, or something. I guess I hang out on the internet too much and took the word as merely an insult.
I thought "my those hats look very simple, as if they are made of chocolate or something", then I realized they were candy, and then I realized that I am not capable of wearing such a hat.
