I don't mean to be pedantic, but... well, it is me, so I feel the need to point at "I have, today, rode my bike" and cringe. There may be some whimpering later, too.
What kind of icing did you make? And is there any point asking what you did with the "excess" (because, clearly, you can never have too much icing).
