My Source of All Germanic Wisdom, Alex Jones, has a surprising lack of knowledge on the matter of stone ships. However, a combination of his memory for TV shows and [livejournal.com profile] goblinpaladin's google-fu has produced this information:
The British TV show Time Time (i think that's the one with Baldric in it) dug up Viking Graves in the Orkneys in Series Five Episode 3. Alex is sure this was a stone ship burial.
Thus far, the interwebs are not reliquishing any video footage of this. :( I may have to see if i can lay hands on the DVD.

Also, Series 10, Episode 4 is a Viking boat burial in Shetland.

My goodness, a lot of the Time Team is Saxon graveyards. Or just generally Anglo-Saxon fun. Check out a list (http://www.channel4.com/history/microsites/T/timeteam/darkages.html).
