I found it very discombobulating to have to re-learn what my voice was going to do when I sang. Thankfully I am comfortable with it now.
I do like the Longest Johns, although I haven't heard that album. They're playing here soon but it would mean missing another fiddle-playing-club in a term when I can only get to half the sessions anyway, so I'm not going.
