sometimes I imagine
our souls
the way nameless and formless
the tidal wave
ebbing and flowing under the universe
god
the spirits of our ancestors
the holy trinity are on
the tip of my tongue

alas
I do not have
the federal government
the financial times
queensland
shell oil
the pentagon or any other
thing it would be better
to obliterate with a lick
of the lips on the tip
