Books, I have read some lately
Dec. 21st, 2012 09:44 amQuite a few, really. I've been frantically consuming words to fill the gaps in my schedule and the depression-void. It's not really working, but hey, interesting books!
Julia Jarman, The Time-Travelling Cat and the Viking Terror ( was adorable and surprisingly historically OK )
Jeff Sparrow, Money Shot: A Journey Into Porn and Censorship ( Was really interesting )
Jean Webster, Daddy Long-Legs (a re-read of which I barely remembered the childhood reading) ( Engaging but with an unexpectly creepy ending! )
Norman Juster, The Phantom Tollbooth ( Has been inexplicably missing from my life for the last two decades, why? )
and finally,
Sarah Rees Brennan, Unspoken ( spoilers, sweetie )
