ANOTHER joel moment.

Mum had to take dad in early for work today, so he could get the medical bus down to richmond. Joel thereofore had two options: he could get himself ready for school, or i could get up and yell at him until he got out the door. He chose option a.

On going to the fridge this morning, i find a note.

'Hi. The fact that you are reading this, and I am not here, means that i have either caught the bus, or, the more likely circumstance, been killed by a rampaging wilderbeast.'

right... having gone away to photoshop and discovered that it thinks this is 1.5 inches wide... now i'm no expert on imperial measurements, but something tells me that the computer is confused...

I let you in on a family secret...

This is the best food on the face of the planet. We don't know its name- mum got it from a woman named Toni, so we call it Toni's cake. Toni called it Jane's cake, and Jane called it Alice's cake, and so on and so forth. I suppose you could call it Amy's cake, or Highly's cake, or something. Anyhow, if you have even a slight culinary bone in your body, make this.
