A control freak / a loveable, droll geek
Facts:
1. Hot. So very, very hot. It was hot when I first saw it (not that I processed that. SLOW ON THE UPTAKE), it is still hot now.
2. I think RENT is one of those works with a wide enough character spectrum that you can tell a lot about someone by which character stands out to them. It's interesting: I always sided with Mark. Still do. Mark's in love with his work - Mark hides in his work. Drifting through life, trying to pin everything down, create something out of existing. The only sane, healthy one of the lot of them; and yet he's the one singing about going mad.
I find myself a lot more enamoured of Joanne (is that her name? Maureen's girlfriend) than I ever used to be, though. (Pity she's not bi. Joanne/Mark would work quite well, save for gender...)
Someone once sang Maureen's part at me. I wonder if she saw Joanne in me?
Take me for what I aaaaaa~aaaam!!
And right from the first time I saw it, I thought Mark and Joanne would make a hell cute couple. XD
Freaking LOVE Rent. I want to kill one of my friends (well, two of them, actually) who RIGHT AT THIS VERY MOMENT is traveling to the US to see it live, starring Adam and Anthony (ie the original and the best Mark and Roger, as seen in the original broadway cast and in the film). Siiiiiiiigh.
Re: Take me for what I aaaaaa~aaaam!!
And which ones they like least. Me, I've never been able to stand Mimi. Flake. I am... sort of warming to her, at least her manic side.
RENT is... awesome :D:D
Re: Take me for what I aaaaaa~aaaam!!
I think Maureen gets under my nails more than anyone else, though. And yet I can't help but love her sometimes..!? She frazzles me.
I need to go watch it again! And get my car playing music again so I can blast it all the way to work like I used to for... weeks on end. >D

MOAR RENT. It is the solution to everything :D
