I likes queer theorists, i does. They seem, on the basis of this guy and the stuff he quotes from others, to be less daft than the feminist theorists in Arthurian studies. But perhaps I just haven't found the good feminists either.

Anyway, they're happy to talk about sex and things maybe, just maybe, not being as straightforward as we'd think. So that makes me happy.

I don't buy his 'chivalry is based on repressed homosexuality' thing, though, which was probably the POINT of the argument...
