This reminds me how Cadbury's tried to get the Australian copyright to the colour purple. And I think they did actually get the rights, because it's on the wrappers of the fundraising box I've got right now, but I do know that Darrell Lea has won their fight with Cadbury's over their right to use purple packaging.
