I'm not interested in an explanation of what you think you are doing. I am interested in an explanation of what you ARE doing. Every time you try to explain what you are doing, it seems identical in function -if not form- with simply picking and choosing. Until you can state clearly and eloquently how it is different, I am forced to conclude that you are wrong.

Perhaps your chaplain could explain it better.

Nonetheless, the point of rational argument is to sit down and analyse what one is doing. What do you really have to lose from realising that your morality is not Biblical? Surely it is freeing, if nothing else; no more guilt about skipping Bible study! *grins*
