It's really uncharacteristic of me. I used to be soooo frustrated with people who "just couldn't make themselves do the work". Like. Just sit down and plough through it, the anxiety feels bad but it will feel bad whether you do it or not! And it will only stop if you do it!
I think currently there are SO MANY THINGS that need doing that there's no see-able stop point to the anxiety, so no amount of 'okay, here's my feasible plan for the morning' helps.
